Appearance Protection

Comprehensive interior and exterior appearance coverage with simple terms and zero deductible on approved claims.

Exterior

Fading, oxidation, loss of gloss, acid rain, road and sea salts, tree sap, insects and hard-water spotting.

Headlights and wheels

Headlight lens yellowing; alloy wheel corrosion or brake-dust staining, up to $400 per wheel and $1,600 aggregate.

Interior fabrics

Stains from food, beverages and oil- or water-based spills.

Vinyl and leather

Stains, rips, tears, scratches and burns up to 2 inches — professional reconditioning first, then repair.

Rental benefit

Rental car reimbursement up to $50 per day, $250 aggregate, during covered repairs.

Deductible: Zero deductible. No out-of-pocket cost on approved claims.
Terms: 36, 60 or 84 months. The term begins on the Applied Date.
Transfer: One-time transfer to a new owner within 30 days for a $50 fee. Transferred coverage is limited to one year from the transfer date.
Claims: Report covered damage within 60 days of discovery. Prior authorization is required and unauthorized repairs are not reimbursed. Zero deductible.

Windshield Protection

Repair or replacement for chips and cracks caused by everyday road debris on paved roads, with zero deductible.

Chip and crack repair

Repairs are performed where the damage is repairable.

Replacement

If the glass cannot be repaired, replacement is provided with like-kind and quality glass, OEM where required.

Aggregate protection

Up to $5,000 aggregate over the applicable term.

Service standard

Professional repair or replacement through the authorized network.

Deductible: Zero deductible. No out-of-pocket cost on approved claims.
Terms: 36 or 60 months, beginning on the Applied Date.
Transfer: One-time transfer to a new owner within 30 days for a $50 fee.
Claims: Report covered damage within 14 days of occurrence or discovery. Prior written authorization is required, unauthorized repairs are not reimbursed, and claims must be completed within 60 days of approval. Zero deductible.

Rustguard®

Helps prevent corrosion and rust-through perforation on treated metal surfaces.

Soundguard®

If the sound-deadening treatment flakes or chips, it is reapplied at no cost.

Paintless Dent Repair

Removes minor dents and dings without sanding, fillers or repainting, preserving the factory finish.

Minor dents and dings

Dents and dings under 4 inches across on accessible, flat, painted sheet-metal exterior panels.

No repainting

The PDR process preserves the OEM finish.

Hail benefit

Up to $1,000 lifetime toward hail deductible or repair. Not available in some states; see the contract.

Limits and territory

Liability is limited to the lesser of repair cost or the vehicle's average trade-in value (J.D. Power). Valid in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Deductible: Zero deductible. No out-of-pocket cost on approved claims.
Terms: 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 or 84 months from the Applied Date.
Transfer: One-time transfer to the first subsequent owner within 30 days for a $50 fee.
Claims: Prior written authorization is required before any repair. An unlimited number of PDR repairs is available when contract conditions are met. Zero deductible.

What is not covered

—Pre-existing or collision damage
—Broken or chipped paint
—Damage on creases, edges or where tool access is limited
—Damage not fully repairable by PDR

Bundled Coverage

Enhanced Vehicle Protection combines cosmetic rim, paintless dent repair, and key replacement with 24-hour roadside into one plan with zero deductible.

Alloy wheel cosmetic rim

Repair of OEM or aftermarket alloy wheel cosmetic damage on machined, brushed or painted surfaces, such as curb scrapes and minor scratches.

Paintless dent repair

Removes minor dents and dings from painted exterior sheet metal without sanding or repainting.

Key replacement and roadside

Replacement with a key of like kind and quality up to manufacturer MSRP, with 24-hour roadside assistance. Two keys required at purchase.

Deductible: Zero deductible. No out-of-pocket cost on approved claims.
Terms: Available terms up to 84 months. If no term is selected at enrollment, the vehicle is enrolled for the maximum eligible term, not to exceed seven years. Coverage begins on the plan purchase or Applied Date shown on the agreement.
Transfer: Transfer provisions are governed by the service contract and state-specific amendments.
Claims: Prior authorization is required before any repair. Submit online or call (877) 484-6222 and complete the repair within 60 days of approval. Emergency after-hours repairs may qualify with next-business-day notice and documentation.

What is not covered

—Alloy wheel: abnormal wear from misalignment or suspension, bent or dented wheels, chrome wheels, wheel covers and hub caps, off-road damage
—PDR: pre-existing or collision damage, broken or chipped paint, creases and edges or limited tool access, damage not fully repairable by PDR
—Keys and roadside: replacements without prior authorization, manufacturer-covered keys, costs covered by other warranties, keys for vehicles not listed on the contract, consequential losses
