Registry Terms

The registry confirms that a certification record exists for the identifier submitted, and displays the vehicle description, certification number, participating dealer, certification date, recorded protection systems and current certification status as submitted by the participating dealer.

ACTIVE means the certification record was issued by an approved participating dealer, meets the applicable program documentation and registration requirements, and has not been suspended, revoked or superseded by a corrected record.

The registry is a record of what was documented and registered. It does not measure, inspect or guarantee the current physical condition of a vehicle, the performance of any installed protection, or the workmanship of any installation.

Installed protection and available ownership benefits vary by participating dealer, qualifying products and applicable program terms.

Any coverage, remedy, obligation or ownership benefit associated with a certified vehicle is governed solely by the applicable program documents provided at the point of sale. A certification record is not itself a warranty, service contract or insurance policy, and certification alone does not create coverage.

An owner who believes a record is inaccurate should contact the participating dealer that issued the certification or FORGED Technologies Group with the certification number and the details in question. Accepted corrections produce a corrected record that retains a traceable relationship to the prior record.

FORGED Technologies Group may review, correct, suspend or revoke a certification record when program requirements have not been satisfied or when a submitted record is inaccurate. A suspended or revoked record returns its status through the registry without disclosing internal review notes.

Full vehicle identification numbers are not displayed publicly. Public verification results and public printable credentials show a masked VIN. Only the limited fields required for verification are made public.

Certification records are created from information submitted by participating dealers. FORGED Technologies Group is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by a dealer, and relies on the correction, suspension and revocation processes described above to address it.
