Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, business email address, authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider, and the dealership a user is associated with.
• Dealer inquiry information — dealership name, contact name, email, telephone number, location and the message submitted through our inquiry form.
• Vehicle and VIN information — vehicle year, make, model, colour, vehicle identification number, installation date and the protection systems installed.
• Certification records — certification number, participating dealer, program configuration, certification status and record history.
• Technical information — standard server logs and security information generated when the platform is used.

Information is used to operate the FORGED CERTIFIED™ platform: to create and administer accounts, to review and authorize participating dealerships, to create and maintain vehicle certification records, to support public verification, to respond to inquiries, to correct records, and to protect the integrity and security of the registry.

The public registry is intentionally limited. A public verification result may display the vehicle description, certification number, participating dealer, certification date, certification status and the installed protection systems recorded for that vehicle.

Full vehicle identification numbers are not published. VINs are masked within public results and public printable credentials. Internal notes, account details and dealer business records are never published.

We use service providers for hosting, database and authentication services, email delivery and analytics. Providers may process information only to deliver services to FORGED Technologies Group and are bound by their agreements with us.

Access to certification and dealership data is restricted by authenticated accounts and row-level database policies, so a dealership can reach only its own records and administrative functions require an administrative role. Transport is encrypted. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

Certification records are retained for as long as the record remains part of the registry so that an owner or subsequent purchaser can verify it. Account and inquiry information is retained for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law.

An owner or participating dealer may request a correction to a certification record by contacting FORGED Technologies Group with the certification number and the information believed to be inaccurate. Corrections are reviewed and, where accepted, applied with a traceable relationship to the prior record.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Requests may be submitted using the contact information below. Certain registry information must be retained to preserve the integrity of an issued certification record.
