The site describes the FORGED CERTIFIED™ certification platform and provides public verification of certification records. Information presented is general; the applicable program documents provided at the point of sale govern any coverage or benefit.

Owner and dealer accounts are personal to the individual who creates them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Do not attempt to access records you are not authorized to view, submit false information, interfere with the platform, scrape the registry in bulk, or use the site in a way that misrepresents a certification status.

Public verification is additionally governed by the Registry Terms, and dealership use of the portal by the Dealer Portal Terms. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

FORGED CERTIFIED™, FORGED CONNECT™, FC-VPS 01 and the other FORGED marks, along with the content and design of this site, belong to FORGED Technologies Group and may not be used without written permission.

The site and registry are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, FORGED Technologies Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any obligation contained in an applicable program document.

These terms may be updated as the platform develops; the effective date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
