Professional protection
Applicable FORGED powersports protection is professionally applied or installed through a participating program. Available protection varies by program configuration.

FORGED Certified™ Powersports
Powersports units live in dirt, sun, water and weather. FORGED CERTIFIED™ Powersports applies the FORGED CERTIFIED™ platform — professional protection, documentation, digital registration and verifiable certification — to powersports units through participating programs.
What FORGED Certified™ means in powersports
Applicable FORGED powersports protection is professionally applied or installed through a participating program. Available protection varies by program configuration.
The unit, its identification number, the participating dealer and the installed protection are documented against the individual unit.
Where certification is issued, the record is registered through FORGED CONNECT™ and can be digitally verified.
FORGED Connect™
FORGED CONNECT™ is the registration and verification infrastructure used across FORGED CERTIFIED™ markets. Where a powersports program is offered through a participating dealer, the unit, its documented protection record and its certification can be registered and digitally verified.
Documented
The unit, its identification number, the participating dealer and the installed protection are documented.
Registered
The record is registered through FORGED CONNECT™ and linked to a digital credential.
Verifiable
Status and the documented protection record can be looked up in the FORGED registry.
Program scope
FORGED CERTIFIED™ applies a consistent documentation, registration and verification philosophy across multiple markets. Market-specific protection requirements and qualifying configurations are governed by the applicable participating program. FC-VPS 01 applies specifically to qualifying automotive vehicle programs.
The individual motorcycle, ATV, UTV/side-by-side or snowmobile registered under the program.
Plastic and bodywork protection, seat and upholstery treatment, frame and undercarriage corrosion protection, and wheel or rim protection may apply, depending on the participating program.
The vehicle identification number (VIN) or frame/chassis number, the participating dealer and the protection actually applied to that unit.
The VIN or manufacturer frame/chassis number is used to identify the individual unit.
The certification number or VIN/frame number can be looked up in the FORGED registry to confirm certification status and the documented protection record.
The participating powersports dealer or installer applies the protection, records installation details and submits the unit for digital registration through FORGED CONNECT™.
Owners should receive a digital certification record tied to the unit's identifier, confirmation of the protection applied, and registry access to verify the record at any time.
Applications
FC-VPS 01 is the FORGED automotive vehicle protection standard and does not automatically govern powersports. Powersports program availability, protection systems, contractual coverage and any ownership benefits are determined by the participating dealer and program configuration.
