FC-VPS 01 — FORGED Vehicle Protection Standard

FC-VPS 01 (the "Standard") establishes the governance framework and certification requirements administered by FORGED Technologies Group ("FORGED") for qualifying automotive vehicle programs. The Standard defines the documentation, dealer authorization, digital registration and record-integrity requirements that a vehicle program must satisfy before a FORGED CERTIFIED™ credential may be issued.

FC-VPS 01 applies only to qualifying automotive vehicle programs enrolled through FORGED-authorized dealers. It does not apply to any vehicle, product or program that has not been submitted for review and accepted under the process described below.

• Authorized Dealer — a dealership that has entered into a current agreement with FORGED and is enrolled in the FORGED Dealer Portal.
• Qualifying Program — a vehicle protection program accepted by FORGED as eligible for certification under this Standard.
• Certification Record — the digital record created upon successful registration of a vehicle under a Qualifying Program.
• Registry — the public verification interface operated by FORGED at which the status of a Certification Record may be viewed.
• ACTIVE Status — the status indicator applied to a Certification Record that satisfies the requirements of this Standard and has not been suspended or revoked.

Certification may be issued only for a vehicle submitted by an Authorized Dealer. A dealership must complete FORGED's onboarding process, maintain a current agreement and remain in good standing to submit or maintain Certification Records. FORGED may decline to recognize submissions from a dealership that is not, or is no longer, authorized.

A vehicle may be certified only under a Qualifying Program that has been reviewed and accepted by FORGED. FORGED maintains discretion to add, modify or remove Qualifying Programs from eligibility under this Standard. Acceptance of a program under FC-VPS 01 addresses documentation and registration eligibility only and does not constitute an endorsement of the performance of any product or service offered under that program.

Where a Qualifying Program includes an applied or installed product, certification requires that the application or installation be performed by a professional installer recognized by the Authorized Dealer or the Qualifying Program administrator. Records reflecting self-installation or installation by an unrecognized party do not satisfy this Standard.

The Authorized Dealer must submit accurate vehicle identification (VIN), date of application or installation, the Qualifying Program(s) applied, and any supporting installation or service documentation required by FORGED. Incomplete or inconsistent documentation will not be accepted for registration.

A vehicle is not certified under this Standard until its documentation has been entered into the FORGED digital registration system by an Authorized Dealer and accepted by FORGED. Registration creates the Certification Record referenced by the vehicle's unique certificate code and, where applicable, its FORGED plate.

Upon acceptance of a complete and accurate submission, FORGED issues a Certification Record with ACTIVE status. The Certification Record reflects the documentation submitted by the Authorized Dealer at the time of registration and is administered by FORGED under this Standard.

Any person may verify the status of a Certification Record through the FORGED Registry by entering a certificate code or scanning the associated plate. The Registry displays the status of the record and a limited set of non-sensitive program details. Full VIN values are masked in public results consistent with FORGED's privacy practices.

A vehicle owner or Authorized Dealer may request correction of an inaccurate Certification Record by contacting FORGED using the information below. FORGED reviews correction requests and updates records where supporting documentation confirms an error.

FORGED may suspend or revoke a Certification Record, or the authorization of a dealership, where it determines that a submission was false, inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise non-compliant with this Standard. A suspended or revoked record no longer displays ACTIVE status in the Registry.

Version 1.0 — effective September 2026. This Standard is owned and maintained by FORGED Technologies Group, which may issue revised versions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of a vehicle's registration governs that vehicle's Certification Record.
